BB and OOG ex Venice to Busan
In September, our Genoa office handled some interesting heavy machinery from Venice to Busan for one of our Korean partners.
The shipment consisted of 13 x 40’FR (OOG) and 1 x 40ST along with 2 pieces of Break Bulk measuring 1330 x 300 x 300cm / 22000kgs each which were loaded onto a bed of 6 x 40FR while on board the vessel.
As you can see from the photos the pieces of machinery required specialist securing and transport to ensure safe arrival and we were able to liaise with the shipping lines to secure space and equipment to guarantee the cargo shipped together and on time.
As a result of such good work by our Genoa team, a second order was received booking a further 9 x 40’FR (OOG) ex Venice to Busan which was also completed without a hitch.
